{Maternity Session} Myself at 31 weeks

This post is a little bit different than my other posts; it is reflecting on myself. Some of you know that I am expecting my third baby, so I had my husband capture my maternity session at 31 weeks for me. I've been in need of some assistance in my sessions so I thought I would give him the opportunity to try since he was willing to help out. I must say that I believe I have great assistant on my hands! He even said to me that this photography thing is actually fun and he'd love to do some more work with me.

I had the wonderful opportunity to capture a Baptism celebration of Linda Ariana. A sweet little 8 month old baby girl. Held at St. Rose Catholic Church. My second Baptism celebration for this family and I'm grateful to get the opportunity again and again. Love capturing special moments for this family.

Kristina is such an amazing sweetheart. I've known her since we were little. When she contacted me for a portrait session for her upcoming graduation from Sac State I was just thrilled and couldn't wait for our session together. These captures from her session truly show how much of a genuine young woman she is.

Sierra is another lovely gal and I had an amazing time with her in her session tonight! I met her through my husband's work and we came across each other once more through my Women's Portraiture Session giveaway.
I loved this session in downtown Roseville and truly enjoyed getting to know Sierra a little more and the images from her session show her true confidence in herself and natural beauty!

Svetlana's session was amazing. I met her through one of my Women's Portraiture Session giveaways that she inquired through and I'm glad she did! She too is a local photographer in my area which made me all more excited to meet her and capture images for her. Looking at the captures from her session, you will see how elegant and classy she is and absolutely stunning. I'm so glad we came across each other and definitely excited to be able to work with her in the future!

This little sweet shower for my cousin's soon to be baby girl "Grace." The theme was Coco Chanel 'A girl should be two things, Classy & Fabulous'. The setting for the whole shower was perfect and I was grateful for the opportunity to be able to be a guest and capture the sweet moments on showering the arrival of a new member to the extended family.

On this lovely Monday morning, which was just perfect for a session; I had the wonderful pleasure to capture photos of my sweet cousins as they visited from Washington State. I love having them here when they visit every year and for the very first time I had the opportunity to capture memories of their beautiful family. They are such a lovely family all together and I’m proud to be related.

I had one of my first engagement sessions of the year and I just absolutely could not wait to get home and upload these to edit! These two love birds were so adorable and totally smitten. With the help of my husband, these two made this session such a breeze especially on a hot afternoon. (In March, I know) but it was definitely really warm and sunny. I cannot wait for the wedding day!
