General questions with answers...
Here are a few of our general questions we receive from our clients. If you still have a question(s) that is not addressed, please shoot us and email and we will do our best to answer as thoroughly as possible.

What is your pricing?
We offer a range of different sessions so please contact us for pricing. Also, check out our Investment page with some of our general packages to see what we offer in our sessions. If your are looking for pricing of a specific session or would like to customize a collection please also contact us and let us know what you require. We do offer custom packages to suit all our clients with their photography needs.

Do you work with a second photographer and who is the main photographer?

For weddings yes! I have a second photographer with me for most weddings, who assists me in any way needed for the wedding day, unless otherwise agreed upon prior to the wedding day.

For portrait sessions and small events, I am the only photographer, unless otherwise agreed upon prior to the session.

When do we receive our products and photographs?

For weddings, printed proofs and digital files are available between 8 - 12 weeks from your wedding date. Upon final approval of album design, most albums are ready for delivery at 12 weeks from your wedding date. However, five "sneak peek" digital images of the photographers choice will be emailed within 2 weeks of your wedding date.

Upon final approval of album design, most albums are ready for delivery at 12 weeks from your session date. Where do you live and do you travel to photograph weddings or sessions?
I live in Roseville, California and most of my photography is based in Sacramento and its surrounding area.
Yes, I do travel to photograph weddings and sessions. I currently have traveled to many areas all throughout California and outside of California to Portland, Oregon for several weddings. There is a travel fee for any sessions held outside of the Sacramento area. Contact us for more info on travel fees, which varies depending on location.

Do you edit all the photographs?
No. For each edited image you will receive, it has been edited by hand thus for weddings you will receive 250 of the best images of the photographers choice. If you prefer to choose your edits we can arrange that as well. Please let us know. For portraits and event sessions you will receive between 30 - 50 of the best images of the photographers choice. However, if there is an image or two that you truly like or prefer more than the image that was edited or you want it edited in a different color, for example, in black and white instead of color (vise versa), you may email us with the image file number and we will edit to your liking and email back shorty with the image edited.

Will we receive all of our photographs from the session?
Yes. We provide all of the original image files along with the edits from your session. The only images that are taken out are eyes closed, someone walked in front of the lens, duplicates, and out of focus images. We make sure to take many duplicates of any moments to capture the best image in that moment.

How many edits will we receive?
You can look back at question 5 or refer to our Investment page that will provide you with how many edits you will recieve in a specific collection.

Can you hold a date?
A deposit fee and signing of the contract reserves your date. Deposits differ per sessions. Otherwise, I cannot hold your date without a deposit and signed contract.

Do you take a deposit and how much is your deposit?
Yes for all sessions I require a deposit. This will reserve your date and your deposit goes toward your grand total for your session.
Deposits are:

$250 for wedding sessions

$100 for portrait sessions of any kind including engagements

$150 for event sessions (birthdays, baptisms, quinceaneras, etc.)
All deposits are non refundable and due at signing of the contract or mailed as soon as you book.

Do you meet your clients prior to the session?
Yes, I always love to meet my clients prior to any session, especially for weddings. Does it always happen? No. I understand sometimes with busy schedules it is not possible. Therefore, we can email and make phone calls if it's not possible to arrange to meet. I have an online contract and forms available for those clients that I can not meet and everything is discussed throughly prior to booking, signing the contract and your upcoming session. If questions do come up after our meeting or discussion, I am always available to answer any questions you may have via email, over the phone or text.
